Have Dental Insurance?

Effective January 1, 2025: We are In-Network with the following insurance plans*:

  1. Anthem BC/BS/PPO
  2. Delta Dental Premier/PPO
  3. Paramount Dental
  4. Principal

* We also accept all traditional/fee-for-service plans. In addition, even if we are out-of-network with your specific insurance, you may still be able to use your benefits with us! If you are interested in being a patient at our office and do not see your insurance plan company on this list, please contact us for more information.

We realize that you may be one of the 50% of people that don’t have dental insurance, and we wanted to make sure that didn’t get in the way of receiving the dental care you deserve! We proudly offer a convenient and very affordable office membership plan that will allow you to receive excellent dental care for a low monthly fee! Watch the video below to learn more. We offer plans for children and adults, but also for individuals needing more specialized periodontal care.
